Veuillez en tenir compte lors de votre demande de cr\u00e9dits.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les professionnels de sant\u00e9 (HCP) et les institutions m\u00e9dicales (HCO) peuvent demander ici des cr\u00e9dits de formation continue en tant qu&rsquo;organisateurs de sessions de formation continue portant sur une sp\u00e9cialisation en oncologie m\u00e9dicale. <strong>Le demandeur ou la demanderesse doit imp\u00e9rativement disposer du titre de sp\u00e9cialiste en oncologie m\u00e9dicale selon la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.doctorfmh.ch\/fr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">liste des m\u00e9decins FMH<\/a> ou le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medregom.admin.ch\/medreg\/search\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">registre des professions m\u00e9dicales<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Veuillez soumettre votre demande <strong>au moins 4 semaines avant l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement pr\u00e9vu<\/strong>. Le d\u00e9lai de traitement est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement d&rsquo;au moins 10 jours ouvrables. L&rsquo;accr\u00e9ditation n&rsquo;est effective qu&rsquo;apr\u00e8s paiement des frais.<\/p>\n<p>Il est inutile de demander des cr\u00e9dits pour les formations continues reconnues automatiquement. Vous trouverez des formations continues reconnues automatiquement au point 3.2.2 du <a href=\"https:\/\/www.siwf.ch\/files\/pdf16\/fbp_med_onkologie_f.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Programme de formation continue<\/a> de la SSOM.<\/p>\n<p>Les frais suivants s&rsquo;appliquent \u00e0 chaque \u00e9v\u00e9nement accr\u00e9dit\u00e9:<br \/>\nManifestation individuelle CHF 120.- (plus 8.1% de TVA)<br \/>\nManifestation en s\u00e9rie CHF 240.- (plus 8.1% de TVA) par ann\u00e9e civile<\/p>\n<p><strong>Apprentissage en ligne: <\/strong> <a
